1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using our apps or services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the apps or services. Additional terms may apply to a specific app, store, promotion, subscription, or feature.

2. App stores and platform rules

Our apps may be distributed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other platforms. Your use of an app is also subject to the rules, policies, and account terms of the platform where you downloaded it. If these Terms conflict with mandatory platform rules, the platform rules apply to the extent of the conflict.

3. License to use our apps

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our apps for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

4. In-app purchases and subscriptions

Some apps may offer optional paid features, consumable items, non-consumable items, ad-free access, premium content, or subscriptions. Prices, billing periods, trial availability, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown in the relevant app store purchase flow.

Purchases of digital goods and services made inside an app are generally processed by the relevant app store billing system where required. You are responsible for reviewing the purchase terms before confirming payment. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through your app store account before the renewal deadline.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are usually handled by the app store or payment provider that processed the transaction. We may help review entitlement issues, purchase restoration, and support questions, but we do not control every refund decision made by app stores or payment providers.

6. Advertising-supported features

Some apps may display ads or offer rewarded advertising. Rewarded ads may provide in-app benefits only after the ad experience is completed and confirmed by the advertising provider. We may limit, change, suspend, or remove ad-supported rewards if we detect abuse, technical failure, fraud, or policy violations.

7. User content and app data

If an app lets you create, upload, save, or submit content, you are responsible for that content and must have the rights needed to use it. You grant us a limited license to process, store, display, and operate that content solely as needed to provide the app features, support, safety, and legal compliance.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the apps or services. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, modify, copy, resell, or distribute our apps except where law allows.
• Bypass payment, subscription, entitlement, advertising, security, or access controls.
• Use bots, emulators, scripts, or automated methods to manipulate ads, rewards, ratings, purchases, analytics, or app behavior.
• Upload illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or privacy-invasive content.
• Interfere with app stores, advertising networks, payment providers, servers, or other users.

9. Intellectual property

Our apps, websites, designs, software, trademarks, content, documentation, and related materials are owned by KT Technology or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

10. Third-party services

Our apps may include third-party SDKs, links, ads, analytics, payment systems, cloud services, or content. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services except where required by law.

11. Updates and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue apps, features, content, pricing, promotions, or services at any time. Some updates may be required for security, compatibility, legal compliance, or continued use of online features.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our apps or services if you violate these Terms, create risk for users or partners, misuse paid features, manipulate ads or rewards, infringe rights, or if required by law or platform rules. You may stop using our apps at any time.

13. Disclaimers

Our apps and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KT Technology will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost content, business interruption, device issues, or unauthorized access arising from your use of the apps or services.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless consumer protection laws in your country or region require otherwise. Any mandatory rights you have under local law remain unaffected.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in the app, on this website, or through app store metadata. Continued use after the updated Terms are posted means you accept the changes.
